
Jayman’s primary focus is the firm's investment management consulting process, which includes conducting outside money manager searches and due diligence. He also oversees performance measurement and monitoring and designing investment policies and guidelines. He develops asset allocation strategies for clients and is involved in strategic planning and marketing initiatives for the firm.
Jayman attended the University of Oregon and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He spent six years in Asia working as an equity analyst for a Korean investment bank and in marketing for Kellogg's for the Asia Pacific region. Jayman worked for Smith Barney as a financial consultant for three years upon his return to the United States and joined Roehl & Sittner in 2001. He became a Member of the firm in January of 2007.
